  • Key Fields: Company Name, Name, Email (unique identifier), Phone Number, Estimated Value, Lead Score, Qualified (yes/no), No-Show (yes/no), Assigned Project, Assigned Meetings

2. 🗓️ Meetings Database:

  • Date: Date and time of the meeting
  • Meeting Name: Event name (e.g., Sales Call, Team Meeting)
  • Duration: Length of the meeting
  • Assigned Employees: Employees attending the meeting
  • Assigned Contact: The lead associated with the meeting
  • Notes: Any relevant notes for the meeting
  • Meeting Link: Link to join the meeting

    • Send a Slack reminder to the assigned closer with lead details and a link to the lead’s record in Noloco.

  • Trigger: The closer clicks the “Follow-up” button on a lead’s record in Noloco.
  • Actions:
    • Update the lead’s sales stage to “Follow-up.”
    • Set a follow-up date.
    • Send a follow-up email to the lead.
    • Send a confirmation notification to the closer.

4. 🎉 Onboarding Automation:

  • Trigger: The closer clicks the “Closed” button on a lead’s record in Noloco.
  • Actions:
    • Update the lead’s sales stage to “Closed.”
    • Create a new project in the Projects database (assuming you have one).
    • Trigger a webhook to initiate your onboarding process in Make.com.
